The Wilder hat is a five panel hat with a smaller brim bucket hat style and a wider brim sun hat style with chin straps.
The white hat is made from a medium weight basket weave cotton fabric.
The black hat is made with a silk organza (this is why it looks floppy).

Ribbon or Bias Tape: 26 in or 66 cm (3/8” or 1cm width)
Seam allowance is included in the pattern: 3/8 in or 1cm (notches are half the depth of the seam allowance)
